WHAT HAPPENED AFTER LAUNCH
After the successful UAE launch, Invygo raised $5M in funding and expanded to Saudi Arabia. The platform I built became the foundation for scaling to 100K+ users across two countries.
The architecture decisions made during those first 6 weeks — modular services, multi-currency support, and configurable booking flows — meant the Saudi launch required minimal re-engineering. The user acquisition cost dropped 40% through the streamlined digital onboarding flow.
