You describe what you're building. I ask the questions that usually get skipped, and tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

A written proposal
Within two business days: scope, timeline, fixed price, and what I'd tackle first. Yours to keep, whether or not you hire me.

Kickoff
I join your Slack and your repo, and the first demo lands within a week — so you see something real before you are far into the engagement.

Prefer to write it down
Your name, your email and a few sentences are all I need. Project type, budget, timing and links are optional — though a link to the product or repo is worth more than a long description, because it means I can look before we talk.
